I liked this hotel, it's clean and quiet. There was an exceptionally comfortable bed in my relaxing room, I slept very well. The accommodation had a central location close to everything. Also, a visual and performing arts center was around the corner. I had a great time.
The hotel was clean and the staff was attentive! Stylish room, excellent service.
We liked fantastic rooms and great food.
Clean and the staff was polite. It was central and close to Establishment. The hotel had a good bar and a great restaurant.
In a good location close to a park quite neighbourhood Internet was available and it was free
During my brief stay, the service was impeccable.
The midtown location gives me access to everything I will ever need! Outside of the location the hotel itself is very nice with a young hipster vibe. The hotel staff could use a brush up on being more friendly and polite but other then that this is the only place I will stay in Atlanta!
Was given a hard time about my use of booking .com took us 50 minutes to check in / gave us a king room / we booked 2 fulls / had to go back to front desk to resulve / anothe 20 minutes basically we were called out in front of other guest about our booking choice
The hotel was very very nice as well the staff.
very trendy and yuppy environment, nice modern rooms. Although my Booked.net booking was NOT announced to the hotel ( they had no clue that I had made the reservations, it was not in their computer) , they gave me a room immediately after consulting with the manager, at the same rate mentioned on my Booked.net printout. ( which was a lot lower then their usual dayly rate).
Quit busy at night, looked more like a nightclub then a hotel.
too many people visiting the hotel, so it is too crowded.. if you want to drink and party without kids you should definitely stay here
Only down side is everything cost and has a fee. Nothing is included except your room.
The customer service was outstanding. Really enjoyed the Whatever Whenever services.
I like that it is a w -- I have stayed in many w hotels across the us and there is usually a cool vibe associated with w hotels. The little boutique shops in every hotel are always full of unique and super cool clothes and jewelry.
This w hotel is quite different that most others. The clientele is not a cool hip crowd like in most other places. There are tons of convention goers, grandma and grandpa having a trip in to vist grandkids and it is very urban later on in the evening. The urban vibe that this hotel has, especially the local crowd that filters in to have drinks in the lobby, is not what I am looking for in a hotel -- Very disappointed and won't stay again.
The room was great.
We arrived at the hotel, tired and when I approached the hotel lobby, the front desk did not acknowledge me. Did not smile. She was not able to locae my reservation. She had to call the manager. I was told that I may not be able to stay as they were sold out! I gave her my reservation number and she was still searching and searching. After 30, she called her manager again and I believed that the manager just gave me a room just because I was already not happy and have waited. This is the very first time in my traveling years that I had to beg for a room. I don't know if it's Booked.net not informing the hotel, or the hotel did not connect.
Did not think the room was worth the cost. Did not think the parking reasonable.
